Documents Legalisation is another one of the services WHIS can provide for you; documents signed and sealed by the official which are to be legally used in Mainland China.
Please supple us with the following:
- Completed Legalisation Application Form (download here)
- The original document to be legalised and its photocopy.
- Copy of applicant's passport (photo & information page only) or company details
- Further documents may be required if the Embassy or General Consulate deems necessary.
3-Step Procedure to complete the Documents Legalisation:
- Photocopy of the document(s) to be signed by a Legal Professional (ie, Solicitors)
- Next, to be legalised by Commonwealth Office in London
- Following, to be signed and sealed by the Chinese Embassy / Consulate as final
Please be advised that the legalisation from Embassy or Consulate only confirms that the signature of the authorized officers and the seal of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office attached to your document(s) are genuine. It does not mean that this office approves of the contents of the document(s).
Cash, company cheques or postal orders made payable to “W.H.I.S.” for your payment.
Any questions regarding above applications will be welcomed by phone at our working hours or alternatively an appointment that can be made.
